Customized & Personalized Items
Because our products are made to order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been engraved. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-engraved or non-custom items (if applicable), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Craft Kits & DIY Products
Our DIY kits, including ornament and craft kits, are intended for supervised, age-appropriate use as described on each product page. We are not able to offer refunds, replacements, or accept liability for damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from:
- Misuse or use outside the recommended age range
- Failure to follow the included instructions or safety notice
- Normal wear from crafting (paint staining, minor assembly variance, etc.)
Please review the safety notice on the product page prior to purchase. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, our standard return/refund terms above apply.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After engraving/production has started, cancellations are not possible.
